How to Use: Lions Mane Broad Spectrum Dual Extract
Give the pipette a good squeeze until there is about 2cm worth of extract in it and then take that directly on or under your tongue in the mornings
 
How is this product made?
Creating a broad-spectrum dual extraction of Lion's Mane mushrooms (Hericium erinaceus) involves both water and alcohol extraction methods to capture the full range of beneficial compounds. This method ensures a potent and comprehensive extract that combines the advantages of both extraction techniques.

We grow and dry all our own Lion's Mane on our farm just out side Margate, before putting them through the extraction process.

The final product contains approx 35% alcohol. 
 
Suggested dose - take one or two squeezes of the pipette as required.
 
Once opened, store in a cool, dry place.
